A W-2 is a good start. We do recommend that you have everything available just in case someone asks for it.


Property finder rate of service is not included in your agreement to lease or buy the home in the future. The reason is because you are contracting us to find you a rental property. These reasons range from wanting your dream home but waiting out interest rates or just needing an agency to help you get approved due to previous declines.


Q: How much is a Property Finder and when is it due?

A: The retainer is due when you want our agency to start. The balance of the first month of rent is billed once you and the landlord agree to the home and decide you want to move forward.  


*If you are approved for a home and then you back out Psalms Property reserved the right to not help with a second home. A retainer by definition is meant to secure our service and is not refundable.
